Biography

I started Crossfit in 2013 and immediately fell in love with finding out what my body was capable of. I started out super slow and had trouble getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. However, that didn’t last long because once you find that place- you voluntarily go there every workout! CrossFit hasn’t just helped me stay in shape, it’s taught me life lessons about setting and crushing everyday goals, dedication and discipline, relationships, and being an overall badass woman!
