Biography

I started CrossFit 6 years go to fill the void of competitive sports in my life. But I quickly learned it was more than that. It’s a family. It’s a community that keeps pushing each other to be great. Inside and outside the gym. Pushing myself mentally and physically is what I like most about CrossFit. It took me some time to find J5 but it quickly became somewhere I wanted to be to improve my life.
