start with 200m sprint as a team
Then
200 bb thrusters
100 singles ea athlete ( may do at same time )
200 lunges
100 singles ea
200 bb push press
100 singles
200 burpees
100 singles
Every 5 min regardless of where the team is you must as a team run another 200 m sprint
